The Synopsis

The consultancy will involve the creation of a dashboard that will enable corporate leaders and management teams to access the strengths and weaknesses of the organization. The consultant will establish 4th Wave E.I approach to address the clarity gap by using the S.P.E.A.R.S Mental Model to contextualize and gain in-depth insights into the root causes of performance failures. The transformation journey will be completed using in-depth discussion, deep analysis for the creation of realistic situations for sustainable results.

The Approach

Consultants will co-create with corporate leaders and their management team to identify the root cause of performance failures/weaknesses in the overall organization and more specifically at the relevant departments. Consultants will hand team leaders to instill the approach L.E.A.D.E.R.S (Leadership Execution Attributes for Developing & Empowering Result). The following 5 areas will be revisited and empowered with specific 4th Wave K.P.Is in the following areas:
