The Synopsis
One to one 4th E.I. coaching will enable our consultants to carry out personal coaching to corporate leaders and management team members at their respective convenience of time and place. The coaching will be based on the analysis made using the 4th Wave E.I. software which allows the intervention strategies to be instituted sensitively and specifically to the areas of human personality influencing performance and leadership.
The Approach
The one to one coaching is directed to the 7 zones governing the mental model based on the analysis generated from the 4th wave E.I. software. The coaching will facilitate a prioritized approach towards the key critical areas needing the intervention. The period of coaching frequency and scope of intervention will be determined by the client. Once that has been decided the consultant will tailor make the approach to optimize the opportunity for the benefit of the client. Over and above this there are embedded self-coaching notes and exercises within the software and since the licence is given for a 6- month period, the consultants will monitor the progress of self-directed coaching. This double approach tightens and sustains the envisaged transformation.
